Be a formal mentor

A goal of Pan Reas on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.

This year I've had three formal mentees and now two formal counsellees, yay!

The initial counselee was mistakenly assigned to me, but I do have a formal mentee now through another channel and have been told I'll get a counselee when I return later this year.

I have not only formalised my mentorship of a colleague and friend, but have a new formal career counsellee. Exciting!
