... yeah this has been the summer sewing basically. My instagram is now a sewist instagram, so I can't be bothered to make separate entries for all of these! Not counting the wearable Honeycomb toile that needs a NSA, nor the base for the robe I'm going to add scraps to, even though it's technically a finished garment and is wearable. Nor am I counting the shirts I've made for Boris, since he is a cat.

4/15 - simple short sleeved kaftan-ish dress from a busy patterned fabric liften from mom's basement storage. (no picture yet)
3/15 - shirt based on old fashioned pattern construction. Linen or cotton blend with wood buttons. Flat felled seams.
2/15 - Gathered midi skirt made from half of a saree. Patch pockets, one single seam (in the back). Invisible zipper installed in French seam. No hem, just the natural selvedge of the embroidery. Cotton/nylon mix maybe? Not great quality fabric/embroidery. But I’m very happy with the result. Simple construction but I was meticulous with the details.
1/15 - Japanese inspired knit jacket/cardigan with ¾ sleeves and a hi-low hemline. Made from deadstock fabric bought last summer.
