I drank two smoothies today in an attempt to have a surge of nutrients rushing through my body. Hopefully, my hair received some of the nutrients. I bought a box of red clover tea because red clover is a blood purifier and I think it will aid in the growth as well. I have been doing my best to remember to massage my scalp or to put castor oil on it but I keep forgetting. Oh well, there is always tomorrow! (less) (less)

I drank a smoothie today and took a hair vitamin too. I am going to make this a consistent routine. I am sure my hair will look great if I drink water, drink smoothies, take my vitamins, scalp massage, etc. I will make an effort to massage at least 5 minutes daily.
