Went Christmas caroling with Jane, Peiyi, and Felix around Riverdale's neighbourhood! It was soo much fun. When I first suggested the idea of caroling, noone was close to how excited I felt about it. But during the two days before the excursion, we managed to plan out a fun caroling trip, that involved wearing santa hats, and singing to Starbucks. We sang the same two songs for the entire trip, alternating between then (Let it Snow & Jingle Bell Rock) to GBK, Starbucks, a man in Pizza Pizza, and several houses along smaller streets.
Sadly, we didn't get any free drinks from Starbucks (lol), but on one of the more private streets, an old man we sang to was nice enough to give us a handful of change that totalled up to $9 ($2.25 per person). He told us that noone had come caroling down his street for over 10 years. It was an amazing experience to have that I will never forget, and I'm glad that we made at least one person's Christmas a little more special.
