A goal of Sharon on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.
 
I was curious about whether my general improvements with fitness would affect my experience of sleep deprivation. I also wanted to test out an approach to redeye / international travel. Great success on both counts! I had much more energy than I expected despite doing this the hard way. That is, full day + 1.5 hours sleep + full day, rather than simply waking up early at 3 or 4 am and then staying up until that same time the next day. I can probably also allow myself more caffeine -- I only had a single cup around 7:30 am.
