PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Kim on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.

Initially this would have been in the 'Easy' category, but as it turned out it was very time-consuming to get through all fifteen audiobooks. Where I could have finished fifteen physical books in a couple of weeks (or less), audiobooks were much slower than my reading speed.

Like physical books, they also required me to have most of my attention on them while listening, which meant I couldn't simply work on a project or play a game while listening. I went through a brief period at work where I conducted various repetitive tasks and was able to listen then, but mostly I listened at home. I kept finding myself reaching points where I couldn't stand sitting down doing nothing and kept starting projects, only to find I'd accidentally tuned out the last 30 minutes of story and had to start again.

I got through the books most efficiently by combining them with my physio exercises, another goal on the list. To be honest, though, the books were much more helpful at getting me through the exercises than vice-versa, as normally I'd have been bored out of my brains. The combination of physical and mental stimulus worked together very well.

It took me probably about 2-3 months to get through all the books this way, but eventually it was done.
