PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Kim on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.

This goal wasn't on the original list of goals, but I added it as a high priority after going through a particularly bad bout of back pain (whilst removing a goal I knew I didn't want to do anymore and was no longer relevant). It wasn't simply remembering to do my physio exercises every day - it was to do *all* my physio exercises every day, without missing a day.
On a good day, it would take me 40 minutes to do them all, and on a bad day it could take over an hour, so this was actually a very challenging goal. I got through it by writing up a chart listing all the days versus the exercises, and tick them off one by one. Often I would be up until 2 or 3am doing exercises, especially if I'd gone out at night, but I was determined to do it properly, and told myself the lack of sleep was preferable to having to restart over from scratch.
This determination saw me through without missing a single day, but it wasn't an easy month. Alas, it seemed to have little impact on the back pain, though.
