April vaca 2013....Made the trip in one day, about 10 hours. Stayed at the Lightner Farmhouse for 4 nights, did the guided tours of the Battlefield and the town, explored a lot on our own. A very memorable experience. lots of history with many personal tales that brought life to those times. We found ourselves being drawn back to the battlefields every night. Truly an experience Im glad we decided to do!
