I’ve deleted all emails that were in “Promotions”, still in the inbox and unread that were older than 3 years. Seems like that’s about 10,000 messages per year or about 4% of storage space. That gave me 8% of extra storage. That solves the problem for now and can be repeated in a similar fashion later if necessary. (less) (less)

I’ve started deleting bunches of emails and unsubscribing from some lists. More to go.
