This is what my hair looks like in a braid out. I washed my hair two weeks ago and I did not blow dry so most of this is stretched shrinkage. I got my hair cut a few inches last month.
January 11
I did the Inversion Method today and put a shower cap on my head for the GHE Method. I really want thicker hair along with hip length hair. I will massage at the top and middle of my head. I used Brahmi powder to wash my hair last time. It was kind of disastrous. I may just make a liquid shampoo out of it. I wonder if I can make it into a daily spray?
