I tried to start off the month on a positive note. I was beating myself up for my mistakes and also for being unforgiving. That week taught me that I need to be more gentle with myself.

"Amplify Your Personal Power By Being All In"
Yes, this week was a wonderful example of me being all in. I forced myself to be disciplined and go do my exercises at my friend's gym. I felt very empowered. I felt in complete control of my life. I decided to stop waiting for the right moment and just do what I said I was going to do. I asked people questions about my goals. I am going to be registering for a belly dancing class soon! I need to get back to reading and back on schedule. I feel like I am starting to align with my goals more quickly because I am prepared.

Week 3
"Create a Plan That Gets You Jumping Out of Bed Every Morning"
I did not get a chance to work on my five year plan but I started it at least. I am consistently working on it to make it more exciting! This week really showed me that I need a plan to stick to and not to divert from it so much.

"Really Feel Unconditional Love for Yourself"
This week was truly a lesson about feeling unconditional love for myself. I was forced into self-care when I came down with mono. It taught me that I have to stop treating my body badly by not letting it rest or get the proper nutrients. It showed me that I was punishing my body for no reason. So I have used this life lesson to truly think about creating a life of balance for myself.

Week 2
"Appreciate Your Greatness"
I spent this week trying to change my mindset about myself. I realized that I was insulting myself mentally and this was forcing me to not involve myself fully in my projects. I had a meeting with someone who offered to provide me an opportunity to run a children's program and other programs. I hesitated and I was shocked at my hesitation because this was a great opportunity for me. It made me realize that subconsciously I did not consider myself having the potential to be great. I began to take actions to reverse this mindset. If I felt I was a terrible artist, I dived into painting. If I felt I was an inadequate writer, I began to write non-stop! I am going to keep up this routine for the rest of the year. I am even considering going back to school and getting a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Anything is possible if I can see it for myself.
