Usually, this is difficult on the third day, but this time I really want to be healthy. I also get enough to eat, though low in calories. But also making me full.

My greatest reason for getting healthy is when I am old/elderly, I still want to still care for myself.

I see elderly people in nursing homes wearing diapers and only getting a shower once a week.
Of course, one can be as healthy as possible and still get sick/ill. But being healthy makes the odds better.

Of course, being old is more than health. And I (hopefully) still have many years until retirement. But some things take a long time.

I have ordered lots of organic vegetables, nuts, and seeds. I have also tried new recipes. I made tahini myself.
Have currently reduced gluten and lactose (diagnosed lactose intolerant and low tolerance to gluten)
Trying to cut down on soda drinks and sweet treats
Need to do more exercise
