I did it! I did it!

25 lbs down 5 more to go to reach 170. Mind you I was over 200 lbs when I started but so close to 200 lbs I decided to start at that point. Getting my 10,000 plus steps in a day helps.

Unfortunately I gained some back so this is on my list again as "In Progress". Need to get down to 217 to check this off again!

Weigh-in on 07/19 was 216.1

Started doing Zumba and Keto diet, 2/10/14. Starting weight 165lbs
