Joined a gym!

I'm not sure I'd call it fit, but am definitely fitter and stronger. Personal trainer twice a week for six months now.

Trained for and completed Outward Bound course, feeling pretty fit!

Flat stomach, tight ass, good conditions.

I was actually down to 155 lbs before christmas, but that is only because I was so sick for so long. Since I've started feeling better im up to around 165 and feeling great. I still wouldn't say im at my fitness goal though.

Learn to hula-hoop

Success in this is when I can do all the individual fitness related ones.
