Try Yoga

Started a short term class on Yoga For Sleep Improvement yesterday. Not bad.

Have done Day 3 and a have a new goal - Do all 30 days! :)

Day 2 done... more tiring than day 1, but looking forward to tomorrow! Also learned I need to stretch a bit more on the backs of my legs, and have a new goal that I've started already!

Just did the first of the 30 days of Yoga youtube (from Adrienne). I feel so good! And much more likely to stick to that than going to a gym, particularly as a beginner. I'm not going to mark as done until I do at least 2 more videos though :)

Tried Yoga today, 1.30.12. Not my cup of tea, but have decided to do Pilates more, to assist with my lack of flexibility.
