A goal of MW on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of Done.
 
Just did the first of the 30 days of Yoga youtube (from Adrienne). I feel so good! And much more likely to stick to that than going to a gym, particularly as a beginner. I'm not going to mark as done until I do at least 2 more videos though

Have done Day 3 and a have a new goal - Do all 30 days!
Day 2 done... more tiring than day 1, but looking forward to tomorrow! Also learned I need to stretch a bit more on the backs of my legs, and have a new goal that I've started already!
