I reach my ideal weight goal. My last weigh in was 169.5. However It was not intentional. I had some dental work done and pretty much was on a liquid diet for about a week and a half, also was concern that the weigh loss might be due some other health issue like diabetes, or the much loss that I had been experencing. So now that I can eat a regular diet I going to monitor my weight to see if I gain at least three (3) pounds, this way I will know that the loss was mainly because of my liquid/light diet and not necessatly becaseu of some other health issue. Then I will mark off this goal as done.
