I added this goal because on 43Things it became an achieved goal. I had it on there as soon as I signed up. After years I took it down. Then within the next year, it became achievable.

It took six months to build. We had builders, guys who worked for Pete Nelson. Then the TV show happened. We weren’t on there as Pete didn’t design our treehouse. But we were on the Today show, Ellen, and Extreme Cribs. It was an exciting, exhilarating time in our lives. I used to joke that our treehouse was more famous than we were. Truth! (less)
