PROGRESS UPDATE
A goal of Angela Self on their 101 Things in 1001 Days list with a status of In Progress.

Have fridge full of appropriate foods! Aim is to do 2 weeks of the right meals (although still have a lot of Christmas junk left for snacks). Then move into proper 4 weeks of the diet. Starting slowly with this, but I figure that every step is one in the right direction and gets me into the right mindset.
