I don't go every day but I try to get at least a couple times a week and I have a set routine that I stick when I go (with my friends). We go on the cycling machine, treadmill, elliptical machine, rowing machine, stepper, ab toner and inner thigh toner.
If I am at least half way to my goal by Christmas then I will get myself a new wardrobe in the boxing day sales
