Goal Twenty Three - Reach my fitness goal 💚

I had this goal right from the start.. but after gaining some weight after moving out of my family home the goal altered a bit .. As of Monday July 25th i began the 17 day diet ( which has a PHENOMENAL support group ) and I found a deep love for my own body by doing Hot Yoga at Trubliss Yoga by my home. I still have a long way to go but I have learned that this is not a race its a journey

Goal One - Lose a total of Twenty Pounds for Uncle Bill and Aunt Allie's Wedding ( by August 27th) ( this photo was taken that day but clearly isnt the best progress shot - total lost on this goal date - 21lbs) ✔✔✔

Goal Two - Lose a total of Thirty Pounds for our Road Trip ( by September 30th ) [ IN PROGRESS ]

Goal Three - Lose a total of Forty Five pounds by New Years ( December 31st )

Final Goal - Tone my body so that I am comfortable in my own skin ( by the end of my Day Zero Project )
