A note on Day Zero Project on the goal: Get paid more due to NO membership

I get full payment for one of the authors I'm translating, yay!
Not automatically the terms that members are supposed to get, for everything, but it's a step in the right direction. And the publisher is decent enough to also adjust the payment I've received for the 2 first books by said author, which means I can expect extra money in my account in a few weeks :-)

Well, it seems they are serious about giving me assignments, at least. I have two massive ones that I need to get done within 4 months from now, and 4 more after that if they don't fall
through for some reason or other.

...and that's a "nope" from my regular editor and her team :-(

Softening the blow by saying they will do their best to keep me with assignments so that I get predictability, and also introduce me to other departments and segments (which may pay more).
