28 Days of early rising, it has been hard to readjust my body clock but it has become natural now. I also have to say I enjoy the extra day light hours more then being a night owl.
8 days to go and I have made my 28 days

I seem to naturally wake up at 6am now which is great.
20,21st & 22nd July all 6am starts
18th & 19th July I have been up before 7am both days this weekend.

The 16th & 17th July 6:45 for both days
15th July 6am

Tuesday 14th July I rose at 5:45am
Monday 13th July
I woke at 6am and had a very productive morning. I even fit in a workout which isn't usual.
I would like to make it a habit to wake up at 6am every weekday and before 8am on weekends. I have heard that it takes 28 days for something to become a habit or to break a habit.
