Quite by chance .. Our first day in Turkey we visited the hotel spa for an afternoon of Turkish delights which started with a soak in the jacuzzi; next came a quick dry off in the sauna; followed by skin exfoliating and coffee bean therapy meant to prepare the skin for the summer sun and an enhanced tan; after half an hour we were cleaned off and then massaged with lots of foamy bubbles .. heavenly; we relaxed with a drink before being shown to a darkened room for a much deeper massage .. I can't say it helped my tan but the whole experience was serenely blissful.

I went to a Korean Spa and it was fabulous. WiSpa in Koreatown in Downtown LA. I loved it and wished I could stay longer.

16/04/14 - Went with Mummy to one in Fareham. We used the gym then went in the sauna and steam room. Used the jacuzzi and pool and had a back massage! Bliss!
