lose 20 pounds

weighed in at 331 this afternoon and have loss 19 pounds so I hope to hit the 20 pound mark this week.

This week for my diet sucks because my stress has been bad. But life happens and tomorrow is a new day.

weighed in this morning before my shower at 321. 14 pounds down just 6 more pounds to go to hit my next goal. Wooo!

Goal requires specific targets - healthy daily smaller portions of meals, exercise min 30 minutes every day, no soda, lots of water, one small snack per day, stretching daily and vitamins.

172 was the starting weight. I'm at 169. It's not much, but it IS a start. Really going to hunker down. So I can beat my husband :). We're having a contest for the next eight weeks :).
