I don't even know of 12 new things that I want to bake.

Macarons have been on my mind lately for some reason, probably because there's a game I play where they have macarons sometimes. I could make macarons. My mom says I should just buy some first to find out if I even like them, but it turns out that the grocery store has strange flavored ones. So that seems to leave me with making my own if I don't want to spend $8 to have a dozen odd-flavored frozen macarons.

A really good cinnamon roll would be nice. The refrigerated tube ones are never particularly tasty. I actually found that Hostess's shelf-stable cinnamon rolls are good. But considering how much I like cinnamon rolls, I could apply myself & bake my own.

So I guess that leaves me with what are 10 other things that a nearly 30 year old woman should be able to bake.

March 2015: Lemon Cheesecake Bars

April 2015: Chocolate Molten Cookies
April 2015- Awesome & Easy Creamy Corn Casserole.

So please do not judge me, the only reason I made this is because Interstellar came out. In that movie, they only have corn as a crop to eat, so I wanted to make a corn-based meal for John and I to eat as if we were in the movie. It was decent for what it was but I could NEVER eat just corn. It was just too much of the same for me. The texture was good, but not for me. This would be a 5 star dish in the Interstellar-America since this was probably as good as it gets.

February 2015: Chocolate Ooey Gooey Cake
February 2015- I've been trying to stay away from carbs, so I ended up making Chicken Taquitos that needed to be baked http://happymoneysaver.com/freezer-chicken-taquitos-with-cream-cheese/ These were very very good!
January 2015: Cherry Apple Cobbler
January 2015- Month 8 Blueberry Power Muffins- These are delicious. Although they tasted like they could've used more sugar, sugar isn't necessarily the best thing to be eating, so I didn't end up adding anymore sugar. These will be a great on-the-go breakfast option for John and I. Yum!

It was GREAT while it was warm but the cookies were practically inedible because they were so hard after they cooled down.
NOVEMBER 2014- Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies :) These were delicious and gone in a day and a half. John and I both loved them!!
October 2014: Raspberry Almond Coffee Cake

Raspberry Almond Coffee Cake. This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. Though I didn't have a pan the size of the pan in the recipe. I made it into cupcakes/muffins, and it worked out perfectly! Yummy! Great way to use fresh fruit, and a great start to my day.

September 2014: Shortbread
August 2014 Baked red velvet cake
AUGUST 2014- Month 3: Monkey Bread.

This was something I wanted to try after having the outstanding Monkey bread at Blue's Egg. It was tasty, but it was not nearly as good as there's. I did not like the Pillsbury taste because I used their Cinnamon Rolls instead of baking it from scratch, maybe next time I'll try making the dough as well!
JULY 2014- MONTH 2: American Flag Fruit Pizza!

I have always wanted to make a fruit pizza. I made the sugar cookie dough from scratch and mixed one box of cream cheese with one container of cool whip for the frosting and then I laid out the bananas and strawberries. To keep the bananas from browning, I tossed them in lemon juice. DELICIOUS! and perfectly American!
Blake & Michael's cupcakes for middle school graduation.

Wario & Pikmin cupcakes

JUNE 2014- MONTH 1: I have actually never made cupcakes from scratch, other than my carbomb cupcakes, so I thought for my brothers' middle school graduation I would make them cupcakes from scratch with their favorite nintendo characters on it. We should have taken them out of the pan for the picture, but we did not!
