22/06/2021 - Finished 30 day ab challenge. Feeling really good and finding exercises I enjoy and some I don't. Gaining flexibility
07/06/2021 Finished the 21 day home workout challenge on this habit app. Trying to get back into the habit of working out regularly. This was a great start. Halfway through a 30 day ab challenge workout.
