Vayots Dzor Province
Vayots Dzor is a province of Armenia. It lies in the south-east of the country, bordering Nakhichevan in west and Azerbaijan in east, and it covers an area of 2,308 km². With a population of only 53,230 (2002 census), it is the most sparsely populated province in the country. The capital is Yeghegnadzor.
