Keep a food diary for a month

31 days of food tracking is down! To be fair, this is something we've done off-and-on for over a decade, so it wasn't too hard.

I finished this goal 8/16/12! I used a written journal and MyPlate at livestrong.com interchangeably. My username is cmitch24 and my password is the same as the one for my Yahoo email address.

It's been almost a month. I'm very happy with what I have done here.

Started November 1st.

One Friday at work it just hit me that I had been eating like crap, felt like crap and had gained weight! I then commited to eating healthier and making better choices! I kept a diary for the first month of my dieting and I think it really helped get me going!!

Gonna start tomorrow ;)

2011-10-26: I'll use the site belletoday.com to track all the foods I've eaten.
