Aside from the usual list of things But Out Bags contain (http://tiny.cc/yxiabw), I've sourced some specific items I want to get cause they're better quality, not on the list, etc.

Voyager--The Ultimate Solar & Crank Powered Radio/Cell Phone & MP3 Charger
LIFESAVER bottle 4000
Maglite ML125 w. Belt Hook & Baton Attachment
Torch that can be shaken to charge [ACQUIRED}
Leatherman SuperTool 300 Tactical Black

Lots more to come, this is just what I've researched so far.

Have made a folder with lists of suggestions for a Bug Out Bag (which is basically what I'm making), and I'll put together the work/escape from a building version too. And have started to research specific types/brands of items I'd like to gather.
