I ran through some of the challenges in my last blog with my DJ son and he’s come up with enough bands to complete both the A-Z of new music and 31 days of new music. Every day in August I am going to listen to a minimum of 1 song. Not the most taxing of challenges but it’s fun, it’s something new and I’m really pleased one of my family joined in. He’s now trying to do something similar for his radio show. This makes me so happy. All the bands are a variation of roc & metal. I’ve listed them below in case anyone wishes to listen to something new themselves. There are 2 or 3 to choose from in each alphabet category:

3/1: The temper trap
I think this was probably so far the goal that I liked the most. It became such a part of my routine and gave me some "me" time, just relaxing and listening to my music which I LOVE LOVE LOVE.
