I'm taking steps to change who I am and I'm not waiting for January 1. I'll keep details of my progress on my LJ. (:

For the foreseeable future, I am working from 13:30 to 22:00. I intend to sleep from 01:00 to 09:00. In order to make this easier, I will do my evening hygiene routine, meditate/journal, and go to bed at the same time every night. I will set reminders on my phone for each step of this process. I will not resist sleep. I will not stay up simply because I do not want to sleep. I need to be well-rested so I can get up in the morning. I will not hit snooze every five minutes for an hour. I may ease myself into the morning with a few snoozes but I will set my alarms so I am still out of b (...more)
On Monday and Friday evenings, I will wash my hair.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I will clean the litter boxes.
On Wednesdays, I will prepare meals and wash dishes.
On Saturdays, I will pick a project and work on it for at least one hour. It doesn't have to be an hour from start to finish. It could be six ten-minute intervals.
On Sundays, I will do laundry, update my budget, plan out my outfits for the week, plan out my meals for the week, go grocery shopping, prepare meals, and wash dishes.

I will stop mindlessly eating. I will stop eating in the car and in front of the computer. I will stop going to Taco Bell. I will buy far fewer processed foods. I will pay stricter attention to the processed foods I do purchase to ensure they do not contain eggs, egg whites, dairy, casein, lactose, palm oil, or (high fructose) corn syrup. I will have something for breakfast after I exercise. I will pack my lunch for work. I will take healthy snacks and avoid purchases from the vending machines. I will eat dinner at a certain time. I will not come home and stuff my face. I will make a (...more)
I need to cut down on frivolous, impulsive spending and pay more attention to what I do with my money. Once I have reined that in, I will work on paying off debts such as student loans and saving up an emergency fund. I will also spend some money each month contributing to causes dear to my heart. Currently, I make a monthly donation to Lucie's Place, a shelter for homeless LGBTQ young adults.
Every day, I will work on some sort of creative project for at least 30 minutes. I normally type at a rate of 75 words per minute. I should be able to make a fair amount of progress, even if it's only planning things out, if I devote a little bit of time every day. It will also help keep the stories fresh in my mind.
After my evening hygiene routine, I will spend 10-30 minutes collecting my thoughts about the day or anything that might strike my fancy and getting them out of my head so I can sleep better.
I intend to wake up, do my morning hygiene routine, do some exercise, have breakfast, then get dressed for the day.
Four the first four weeks, I intend to complete the Blogilates for Beginners 2.0 calendar. http://www.blogilates.com/blog/2014/12/30/new-beginners-calendar-2-0-for-2015/
Depending on how I feel after that, I will move on to either more of Cassey's videos or Brazil Butt Lift.
