We visited the DOA Escape Room Titanic at the Wilderness on the Lake on February 22. We nearly completed the escape challenge. We had 2 puzzles to finish this we did not escape in time. The twins, Loralei and myself completed this together. We definitely agreed we needed more people to finish on time. But nevertheless we had a blast and would definitely do it again.
The husband, the twins and I completed this on February 22 while at the Wilderness on the Lake in Wisconsin Dells.
Took the kids to the Wilderness On the Lake in Wisconsin Dells on February 20-22.
Finished Darrell Bush puzzle of the North Country. Took 2 days with the kids each helping me along here and there. Finished on February 19.
Painted 2 canvas pumpkins for fall. Tried to upload image but file it too big. Completed in November 15, 2021.

Photo added to goal Take a photograph of something that I am grateful for every day for a year
11/10/20 grateful for this beauty. She makes cleaning up after 5 kids and 3 fur babies that much easier on all hardwood floor house.
New tradition added for couples date night. We have decided as date nights are rare due to the amount of children and responsibilities we have, we want to try all the supper clubs we can find. Going to a new supper club for each date night. We want to support our local small businesses and have found that supper clubs always have great food and good selection of booze. We love food and booze what can I say.
On November 1, 2019 we headed to Five Pillar's Restaurant and Banquet Hall in Belgium, WI for the end of the season football and cheerleading banquet. Their food was good nothing spectacular. Their decor could use an update and their main water fountain had no water in it and looked disgusting, not sure if this is what its normally like or if there was an issue they were fixing. Bartender was nice and friendly, turned out he was the owners son. Probably wouldn't stop to eat here unless there was another banquet or wedding we were attending in the future.
On June 9, 2020 we went to The Grateful Shed Truckyard in Wisconsin Dells, WI. This place has the best atmosphere which includes an old city bus you can eat in above ground (kids thought it was totally cool, even the teenager). The décor had so much to entertain you. The bathrooms looked like glamorous portapotty. There's a bar under the bus. My husband, the teenager and myself all had street tacos of varying kinds (all great), the rest of the kids got a variety of grilled cheeses. While this place is priced higher than we would desire to spend ($80 for food truck food) the atmospher (...more)
On July 25, 2020 we took the kiddos to Schmitty's Bar and Grill in Fond du Lac, WI. Food was great. I have the shrimp tacos, amazing and colorful, hubby had the nachos, of course, Micaden has their wings, which he didn't finish, and the littles shared a cheese pizza. Atmosphere was fun. Will definitely head here again in the future.
On October 9, 2020 we headed to Woodland Creek Supper Club in Campbellsport, WI. We ordered fish fry and sat outside in their patio area. While their outside patio was nice they should definitely consider expanding the area as it would have been much nicer to sit closer to the creek that ran through the property. However, food was delicious. They have craft beers which always makes my husband and I happy. Tried their old fashions and was a bit disappointed they make them with maple syrup (which is nice) but I expected more from a supper club. Will be going again.
On September 12, 2020 micaden, the hubby and I ate at Chissy’s Pub and Grill in Waldo, WI. This was more of a supper club than pub/grill. Somehow spent $100 on dinner despite hubby getting a burger and Micaden ordered wings from app menu. Prime rib was amazing!
On September 18, 2020 the hubby, twins and I headed to El Pigs Butt BBQ in Kewaskum, WI. The fish tacos were amazing.
On September 18, 2020 my youngest daughter and I read Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs which according to this cite is a banned book. "Frequently Challenged Children's Books", American Library Association, August 7, 2016.

Thanks to wearing an Apple Watch starting June 1, I was able to complete this challenge in just 8 days! Best thing I could have done to get fit.

Made a low carb fruit pizza
August 2020 stayed in Gatlinburg, TN for 6 days.
Ripley’s Believe It or Not Aquarium in Gatlinburg, TN on August 12,2020.
I’ve listened to multiple pod casts this year (2020) on my drive to/from work. Here is my list of favorites: TedTalks, Noble Blood, Spectacular Failures, Millennial Money, Carrier, What If World, Passenger List, MoBituaries, The Edge of Sleep.
I’ve got pictures, just not on my phone. This was a blast with the kids. The highlight of our Tennessee vacation trip.
August 8, 2020 we were at Ole Red in Gatlinburg, TN for my birthday dinner and live music. Fun atmosphere.
August 10, 2020 the hubby and I went out for a crawfish boil! It was fantastic. We were at Crawdaddy’s restaurant and oyster bar in Gatlinburg, TN

I’m regularly French braiding the girls hair, so I can eventually do my own. Every step counts.
Our real Christmas tree. Didn’t cut it down this year but we did go as a whole family.
9/1/2019 Surprised my husband with this fun outing mainly cuz I wanted to do it but turned out he really wanted to try it too! Such a fun adventure
9/1/2019 Hello Sprecher Brewery! Was so much fun. We were early for our tour so we began by drinking our included 4 beers/soda drinks and playing an array of games. We had lots of fun and was very informative tour. Walked out with 2 souvenir glasses and a case of beers/sodas to take home
2. 9/1/2019 stopped at Casablanca in Milwaukee for dinner. We didn’t manage any pictures of the actual food but to say we’re disappointed would be an understatement. Our first clue should have been the lack of customers on a Saturday night . Everything was horrible. We started with cheese and fruit platter and ended up with stinky cheeses that no one explained what they were and only dried fruits nothing fresh!
1. On 9/1/2019 for our anniversary we stopped at Press Belgian Waffle Mobile Restaurant. What a great and flavorful breakfast! Will be keeping an eye out for this place in the future!!
Are an entire chocolate covered jalapeño while at the Dells 10/6/2019
10. Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls. I thought this one was good. Tasted just like a cabbage roll. Most the kids were not happy with this dinner but they did eat it. So we will try this again.
9. Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad. So this has been added to our family dinner rotation as the majority of the kiddos love this recipe. Definitely a keeper
8. Easy cheesey cauliflower rice. Pretty sure that I added way too much cheese to this recipe since the only thing I could taste was melted cheese. Didn’t like the consistency it made either so I dumped most of what I made for this one.
7. Keto Pink Drink. Made this over the summer. It was nice to have an alternative to plain water and it did taste good but if I didn’t drink the whole thing it would separate and become more of a watery flavoring
7. Keto English Muffin in a Mug. This was by far the worse Keto food I’ve made. I was really craving some bread. Made this and my mouth was so dry that I felt I was choking to swallow it. Never again
6. Keto cloud Bread I’ve made this 2 times now and I have mixed feelings over it. Alone they don’t taste well but they do very well as a sandwich bread substitute which is what I’ve been using them for. When used as a sandwich bread you forget they are there because they don’t add any flavor but they keep everything together nicely.
5. Keto Crustless Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving. This tastes horrible. There was plenty of flavor but without the sugar factor it just didn’t taste good. My mom did eat her whole piece with lots of whipped cream on top!
4. Made Rum Balls which were slightly different than number 3. These were super yummy too.
3. Made Holiday Rum Balls with Greyson and Loralei and they are delicious!
No photo as I had no place to keep a phone on me. Was at Wisconsin Dells at Wilderness in the Lake.
