30 day plank challenge completed - 5 minutes has never felt so long in all my life! The last few days were hard, really hard, but I've done it. Abs are definitely toning up and stronger. Biceps too, which I didn't expect. I think I'm going to try and maintain this planking over the next few weeks to see if things continue to strengthen and tone.
