Took a wager for extra motivation through the fall! I'm going to get back down to 110 by early next year if all goes as planned!
Well this has been a lifelong struggle. In the Fall, I was 7 pounds from my "goal weight" (which is the upper end of my healthy BMI so nothing crazy.)

Then my mom died in December, then I had a cancer scare, and earthquake, duh a pandemic and have been on furlough from my job since March.....so here we go now need to lose 20!



EDIT: I felt crazy trying to "diet" in this environment (pandemic etc.) so I am retreating from this and going back to the Intuitive Eating concept to learn more.

With help from Slimming World and DDP Yoga, a fair amount of hard work and willpower and the right mindset, I finally reached my goal of 10st 6lbs (moved down from an original target of 12 stone) and have stayed within my target bubble (3lbs either side).
09/30/2016 - I want to gain at least 5 kg (Currently I weight 53,2kg.)

So... I gained 10/11kgs. Now because of my health problems I'm stuck and I can't even train. My goal for 2018 is to weight about 74/75kgs (at the same time I don't want to gain too much fat in the process.)



December 05, 2017 -> Lost 5/6kgs = lost muscle mass. In 2017 I was really struggling with my workouts and I'm still not able to go back to the gym. The last time I was able to lift was in July/August (for two weeks). Polish NFZ doctors are useless. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll FINALLY find out what causes my problems.

Started weight watchers last night online
So camp and travelling and Southern cuisine and fast food kind of set this back a little bit, but it's all part of the experience! To be fair, it's not really that bad as I did that much exercise at camp that I toned up quite a bit, meaning I'm only just outside square one. Back on it now I'm home and getting in to some sort of regular life routine though.
I've signed up for monthly Personal Training Sessions to keep me on track and accountable starting October 1st. I'm 23lbs away from my goal.
