Reached Normal weight and got pregnant. Now 3 month pregnancy

Took a wager for extra motivation through the fall! I'm going to get back down to 110 by early next year if all goes as planned!

Well this has been a lifelong struggle. In the Fall, I was 7 pounds from my "goal weight" (which is the upper end of my healthy BMI so nothing crazy.)

Goal weight is 150. I plan on adding some more intermediate goals once I know my current weight. I stopped on the goal and have probably gained a lot of the weight back. 🙄

With help from Slimming World and DDP Yoga, a fair amount of hard work and willpower and the right mindset, I finally reached my goal of 10st 6lbs (moved down from an original target of 12 stone) and have stayed within my target bubble (3lbs either side).
