Sat down with a fitnesscoach and made a plan together I can do three times a week

Just created an awesome flexible weekly program that is challenging and I think it will help dramatically improve my health and fitness.

It's been a great program, I wish I followed it super well, but it's produced great results already. Not long to finish it, and then on to bigger and better things.
