Dear God, I am praying for these things in my work-life:
1) I want the testing to conclude so that I am standing on a solid foundation (1 Peter 5:10) lacking nothing (James 1:2-4). Please allow me to have a job and peace of mind at the same time for these last two decades of my career.
2)I want to be able to use the coping strategies that got me through other jobs ie going to the bathroom first thing in the morning and peppermint tea (ED). Saying to myself: "I only have to make it through the next 4 hours and I can do *anything* for 4 hours" (SH) Having a life outside of work ie my pleasant walks from 34th street to the Village (GHI).
In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen
