Forgot it was up and down, just did up, but am doing it for the third week now and will keep doing it I think!
Didn't eat added sugars or sweeteners for 2 weeks. Was very difficult, didn't feel much of an effect either, apart from that sugary things now taste much more sweet!

18/03/14: started on chess.com again, learned with tactics trainer and lessons, played online against a friend and won a few times!
As always when I ask this: they don't change a whole lot
But it's shorter and a lot lighter
