1. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?
25

2. Which is worse, failing or never trying?
Never Trying

3. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do?
Because we have a fear of the unknown and we are groomed from a young age to follow the normal “life order.”

4. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
Yes.

5. What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
Selfishness.

6. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
Writing content that brings people joy.

7. Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
Currently, I'm settling. So that I can hopefully do something more meaningful later on.

8. If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
I would take a lot more risks, quit education, I would be much more honest and forward with people. I would fall in love, I would get around to my “someday” goals much more quickly.

9. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken?
At the moment, not much. But I'm slowly getting there.

10. Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
A bit of both, but mostly the former.

11. You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire.  They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend.  The criticism is distasteful and unjustified.  What do you do?
I would tell them that I was friends with her and ask them to justify their criticism.

12. If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
As cliché as it sounds – do the things that make YOU happy. Don't live your life for anyone else but yourself, you're the one who will have to take the beatings and the joys that come from it.

13. Would you break the law to save a loved one?
Yes. But it depends what I'm saving them from.

14. Have you ever seen insanity where you later saw creativity?
Yes, definitely. I saw insanity in the people who lived in Bristol, namely Gloucester road, now I live there and some of my closest relationships are with people there! I am inspired by them.

15. What’s something you know you do differently than most people?
I'm much more forward and talkative. I also think about the future more.

16. How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy?
Because everyone has different priorities and goals.

17. What one thing have you not done that you really want to do?  What’s holding you back?
Travelling and getting into a long term relationship with someone. Money, time, other commitments and fear.

18. Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?
Probably. I think most of us do.

19. If you had to move to a state or country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?
Australia. Because I feel the lifestyle there is one I would work well with. Moreover, everyone I come into contact with originally thinks I'm Australian. It's a sign!

20. Do you push the elevator button more than once?  Do you really believe it makes the elevator faster?
Yes. No, but it makes me feel more satisfied!

21. Would you rather be a worried genius or a joyful simpleton?
Joyful simpleton. Because sometimes ignorance is bliss. What's more you can remove the “simpleton” aspect overtime as you grow.

22. Why are you, you?
Because I can't be anyone else. Even if I tried.

23. Have you been the kind of friend you want as a friend?
Yes. I try my hardest to be.

24. Which is worse, when a good friend moves away, or losing touch with a good friend who lives right near you?
The latter. Because the former you can't do much about and can still maintain contact with, even if the type of contact has to adapt.

25. What are you most grateful for?
The people who love me.

26. Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones?
New ones, because then you can make new old memories. However, it would mean you'd lose a lot of the knowledge that informs who you are.

27. Is is possible to know the truth without challenging it first?
No, I think we need to challenge things in order to find peace in accepting them as truth.

28. Has your greatest fear ever come true?
Yes, once.

29. Do you remember that time 5 years ago when you were extremely upset?  Does it really matter now?
Yes I do remember and no, because it has allowed me to become a stronger person and a new person who I prefer to be.

30. What is your happiest childhood memory?  What makes it so special?
I can't remember many. Probably when I would play hand-claps with my friends in primary school. It was a time when we were all innocent minded, had no worries, were too young to consider the future and too oblivious to know what lay outside our bubble.

31. At what time in your recent past have you felt most passionate and alive?
When I was doing something spontaneous and completely on a whim!

32. If not now, then when?
A time when you promise yourself you WILL do it. No matter what.

33. If you haven’t achieved it yet, what do you have to lose?
Nothing.

34. Have you ever been with someone, said nothing, and walked away feeling like you just had the best conversation ever?
Yes. In a relationship, sometimes the times when you can say nothing but know you're both utterly content and express yourself with your body can be a magical thing.

35. Why do religions that support love cause so many wars?
I'm trying to figure that out myself. I think it's humans warping faith, not the other way around.

36. Is it possible to know, without a doubt, what is good and what is evil?
No. Not always.

37. If you just won a million dollars, would you quit your job?
Yes. Now I would. But if I loved it – never.

38. Would you rather have less work to do, or more work you actually enjoy doing?
More work that I enjoyed doing. It would be worth my time.

39. Do you feel like you’ve lived this day a hundred times before?
YES!

40. When was the last time you marched into the dark with only the soft glow of an idea you strongly believed in?
I'm not sure …

41. If you knew that everyone you know was going to die tomorrow, who would you visit today?
My family.

42. Would you be willing to reduce your life expectancy by 10 years to become extremely attractive or famous?
No.

43. What is the difference between being alive and truly living?
Truly living is where you make each day count. You're not merely existing. You are taking risks and meeting new people and doing the things that make you heart pound. You're living every day as if it's your last. And this doesn't mean you have to do loads of epic adventures, you just need to invest in your relationships and make sure you're out in the world – not marvelling at it from behind a screen or constantly planning and never doing.

44. When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards, and just go ahead and do what you know is right?
Relationships. Because sometimes, you just can't figure it out unless you go for it. Hurt you can recover from, regret will always remain with you.

45. If we learn from our mistakes, why are we always so afraid to make a mistake?
Because we're afraid of the hurt and pain that come with making a mistake.

46. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
Hopefully nothing. I don't like living my life based on what other people think.

47. When was the last time you noticed the sound of your own breathing?
Just now, when this made me aware of it!

48. What do you love?  Have any of your recent actions openly expressed this love?
I love being with people. I'm not sure, I guess I'm always keen to speak and see people so I assume that comes across …!

49. In 5 years from now, will you remember what you did yesterday?  What about the day before that?  Or the day before that?
I hope so, I document my life as best I can so that I never forget and that I can reflect and learn from my past.

50. Decisions are being made right now.  The question is:  Are you making them for yourself, or are you letting others make them for you?
It's a bit of both currently. I am having them made for me in that I am still on the education conveyor belt. However, I am beginning to make decisions based on what I want, even if it comes with the criticism of others. I am learning to not panic, even if I don't know what I want to do with my future now, even if I am going jumping in head-first.
