Buy coffee for a stranger
A lady didn't have cash, and her bill was under $5, so they wouldn't let her use a credit card. So I told the server to put it on my tab!
The young man behind me said "Oh, are we doing this now?" I think he was startled. He was more polite after he got his wits about him. He purchased the guy's coffee behind him, and it went on for a little bit, till the end of the line.
