Be able to do the splits
Already went into the splits a few times, but I am still not comfortable enough in this position.
-> side splits
-> front splits (currently focusing on)
-> suspended split
-> vertical split
-> front splits (currently focusing on)
-> suspended split

Stretching towards this every day after yoga. Just like when I started feeling myself ease towards a backbend, I'm feeling myself ease towards this little by little. Gonna get on YouTube to see if I can do anything to help my back leg in particular.

All the way to the ground. Even attempted an oversplit yesterday.. but now I think I was a bit too early to try that. Ouch but didn't stop me today

I've really been trying to get lower and lower in the splits when we do them during our stretches in Kung Fu class. I can almost do the splits right to the ground.
Need to research.
