Try kickboxing
I actually loved kickboxing, but going to a workout class was just very mentally draining for me in the winter months. It took too much of my mental energies, which already run low this time of the year. Definitely going to try it again in the future.
Mel and I completed this goal when we went kickboxing at Casey Race in Cranbourne. This was a lot of fun and it was even more fun to complete with a friend!
Every Tuesday for 6 weeks :)
