Day 48, May 29, 2023: MAX 60, if I hit 60 3 days in a row I’ll make it my new floor.
Day 48, May 28, 2023: MAX 57, instead of counting to 10 I count to 5. This has really made a difference.
Day 47, May 27, 2023: MAX 55, I think I’m going to make 55 my new floor.
Day 46, May 26, 2023: MAX 55, if I want to reach 60 consistently I have to push harder.

Day 44, May 24, 2023: MAX 50, I said I wasn’t going to miss a day again. I forgot that life always throws curve balls. I was sick for about 7 days. Then I was hard to jump back in after that. I still will never get lower than 50 though.

Day 21, April 13, 2023: MAX 50: I felt really strong today. I know that everything good doesn’t come easy, but damn… this life truly isn’t easy. Why can’t I commit to making my brain stronger as well?
Day 20, April 12, 2023: MAX 40: I have been fasting a lot this week (Passover) and my energy has been off. Hopefully I can bounce back when more food is in my system.
Day 19, April 8, 2023: MAX 43: feeling sore, can’t give in.
Day 18, April 7, 2023: MAX 47: slowly getting stronger. Feel like rocky again. Had 3 job interviews… got an offer from all of them.
Day 17, April 6, 2023: MAX 46: I know that I can accomplish this goal. Almost half way there again.

Day 15, April 4, 2023: MAX 40: Damn I’m all the way back here… it’s ok, I’ll go even farther this time.
Day 14, April 3, 2023: it’s annoying to restart things, but I’m very used to that. I’ve restarted my athletic journey so many times. I can never give it up. It’s truly food for my soul.

I'm going to restart this challenge after November.
Exhaustion test at the end of week two: 32.
Week one complete. I feel so much stronger, and managed almost as many in the final set as in my initial test, even though that was after 44 pushups in other sets. This is working great!

Did the initial pushups test 8/28, managed 21. I'll start the program next week, though I'll be out of town with family for a week in the middle. Undecided whether I'll repeat a week, skip, or maintain for that week, so it'll probably depend how I'm doing at that point.

Third training session for week one yesterday went ok.
Did second lot of training for week one. My abs ache.
Did the first day of training today. Should have started this last week but was ill (boo hoo) so couldn't.
Did the initial test. I managed 14. Have printed out the training programme. Looking forward to starting and this shouldn't interfere too much with my weight gain goal.
Got it! Arms = pudding.
Gonna try it tomorrow.
Week 5 / day 2 was nice, no problem at all :)
Week 4 / day 3 nearly killed me. Moving on to week 5 :)
Started on week 3, went well.
Week 4 starts today :)
