Finally put in a small raised vegetable garden in Spring 2021. Successful with okra, tomatoes, and Swiss chard. Okay with dill and strawberries. No luck with cucumbers, cilantro, and squash. Will do another one next year!
My Goodreads goal for 2021 was to read 50 books. The most I had previously read in one year was 39 (during 2020 pandemic) so I knew 50 was a stretch. Reached 50 on September 3 so will get to read more before year end!

We were coming out of Target in New York and there was a woman at the top of the escalator carrying a microwave oven and several bags. She was trying to figure out how to carry it all down to her cab. I went over and took her bags and went down with her to the cab...she seemed very surprised that a complete stranger would help her out.
