Follow the Paleo Diet for a week
As a person who eats like this daily for over a year, it really should be tried for a month to see the true benefits from it. It takes 14 days for the microvilli in your gut to heal from the harsh effects of grains. So one week and you really haven't begun to heal yet!
Paleolithic diet
