Not easy, yet easier than expected. It was the toughest in the beginning.
I am behind the plan. I have been away for a few days because of a funeral - I will get back on track tomorrow.

Starting at day 2: Got to 30 (after my first day of the C25K!)
Did my initial test and made it to 100 squats! I'll advance to week 3 as a result and will get started in a few days. I also did my initial sit ups test and made it to 100 as well!
