We took a sushi making class with instructor Zack at The Fish Pit on 8/7 for our anniversary! It was something to remember, for sure. It was objectively terrible. We are pretty sure that our instructor made a drug deal in the middle of our class. We had a blast just drinking our wine and other people in the class brought Sake so we all took a few shots. Our sushi turned out alright but we would have run the class WAYY differently if we were in charge! It definitely gave us a strong feeling that we would be amazing business owners knowing that there are people out there running their businesses so terribly. (less)

I took a whole day class in continental bread making at Speckled Hen Country Bakery in Holmes Chapel with my Mum and sister. We learned to make fougasse, gufelhupf, focaccia and breadsticks, which used a sourdough starter. It was a fun day.

Certificate for marriage preparation class I attended on February 22, 2014. Something that I can brag about to my future husband and in-laws :)
