1. Proscciutto Mozzarella & Fig Pizza (Lorraine Pascale) - well actually Salami, mozzarella and mushroom Pizza because that's what we had in the fridge.

2. Pannacotta - I forgot this was on my list (I didn't make the couli that was meant to go with it) so adding it now.

3. Brown Rice, Carrot and Cashew Pilau - From the Guardian food pages, quick, easy and tasty.

4. Morrocan Stew with Minted Couscous - it was supposed to be vegetable stew but it became chicken stew because we didn't have courgette or butternut squash so I just added extra carrots and chicken.

5. Pork Sausage, Soya Bean & Tomato Casserole - Made with Crabeye beans as we didn't have soya, also tinned beans rather than dried because it took long enough to make without all that extra bean soaking and boiling time.

6. Sausage and Mushroom Crumble - very tasty, would definitely cook again, perhaps adding more tomato as I could have done with a bit more gravy.

7. Butternut Squash and Coconut Stew - very tasty, would make again, though suspect a little chilli would improve it.

8. Pappardelle with Leek

9. Lentils and Couscous

10. Rich Root Soup

11. Rosemary and Thyme Focaccia - Packet mix, a total disaster!

12. Flaked Rice with Potatoes/Batate Pohe - nice, very filling, proper stick to your ribs food but needs a sauce, plum dipping sauce lifts it nicely.

13. Baked Lentil and Bean Cottage Pie - a proper cook up the cupboard leftovers recipes and tasty to boot.

14. Ham and Cheese Muffin Pizzas - actually Tomato and Cheese variety as we had no ham but we did have some lovely home-grown tomatos

15. Kale Pesto Pasta - little bit of a faff, but tasty and thickens on standing so is improved on second usage.

16. Lentil and Cauliflower Curry - Very tasty, though as making without Indian Spice Oxo Cubes (as no longer made) need to refine spicing.

17. Soda Bread - Finally, bread-based success has been achieved!

18. Bacon & Leek Bake - Needs a higher Bacon:Onion ratio but otherwise very tasty.

19. Cauliflower Soup and Ras-El-Hanout - Tasty Soup!

20. Saki Poached Pears - Very tasty and warming - chocolate sauce is a bit rich, works well with pouring cream instead

21. Totally Lazy Mini Sausage Rolls - Delicious, easy and fun!

22. Bitesize Pinwheels - Fiddly, but tasty and actually bitesize.

23. White Chocolate Chunk Cookies - Not sure that brown sugar works in cookies, but popular with everyone else but me!

24. Boston Baked Bean - Tasty, filling, goodness.

25. Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Lasagne - delicious and worth the prep time, though I'm still working on perfecting pre-cooking the lasagne itself so I may well try making it with fresh lasagne and see if that's easier.

26. Brocolli and Blue Cheese Soup - tasty, tasty soup that makes you go 'where have you been all my life'.

27. Lentil Kutu with Green Beans - it was alright, bit bland, I have another similar recipe from another cookbook that is much tastier so I think I'll stick with that.

28. Moong Dal with Cauliflower - Pretty tasty, essentially a more authentic version of the Oxo Lentil and Cauliflower recipe.

29. Chaussons aux pommes - substitute for the Cheddar Cheese scones (because making scones is painful when you have dodgy joints) made with apples from the tree at my work and involved the tastiest apple sauce I've ever eaten.

30. Kirla Ghassi (bamboo shoots in coconut milk) - tasty curry, served with lentil and couscous from further up the list. Could do with a little more spice and a little more tamarind. (Tamarind and toasted coconut are a delicious combination!)
24. BBQ Pork sliders in the crockpot

25. Meatball Apps with a Picante Glaze

23. Honey Lime Tilapia
22. Sweet Potato Mac and Cheese
There a bunch of things that were orginally on my list that are in recipe books at the wrong end of the country. So I've allowed myself to substitute recipes from the two Lorraine Pascale books that I've left at my parents for recipes from the two of her books that I have here in Inverness.
