I don't think I want the pressure of having to keep up this habit six days a week, but it did encourage me to want to exercise more often! I'll be changing my routine so it'll be 3-4 times per week rather than 6, but that's still a big improvement.
Normally I exercise on a daily basis since I have been living back in Belgium
Walk the dog EVERY day, and he's a big'un
4/4 - This week was weird because of time off and the baby shower and such, but I managed to get in a good number of work outs!
3/4 - One more week to go...I was not able to complete the Spartan work outs towards the end of the week because of shin splints, so I substituted some good weight lifting and yoga. I am proud of myself for managing to bounce back like that.

2/4 - half way there...this week I completed 6 Spartan WODs...they are definitely challenging and pushing me to the next level!
1/4 - This week I completed 4 Spartan Race work outs, and independently I also took Pippa on 2 walks. Started 6/9/13
Addendum: I have decided that for this to count, I have to perform at least two different types of exercise - for example if I walk every day for a week, I still have to run or swim or do weights for this to count. (Yoga does count as an exercise).
Stopped on 23/11/12 as I was unwell
Started 5th November
