Mindfulness Meditation - trying to fit it in even when I feel way too busy, when I'm already out and didn't fit it in that morning.

Pre-task: Read the book my then-boyfriend bought me on meditation.

Incorporating mediation as part of my yoga practice and looking to devote more time to it at home.
